Resource Coordinators:
Resource Coordinators are the first point of contact for new referrals. They are responsible for scheduling our team to each service user.

Service Coordinators:
Our Service Coordinators are responsible for ensuring the needs of both the client and support worker are met. They are allocated on Auckland geographical area and responsible for developing the support plan for each client, undertaking service reviews and to support each team member.

Clinical Team Leader:
Experienced registered nurses that provide an oversight and specialist expertise to ensure that service users with high and complex needs receive "best practice" care and support.

Support Workers:
Our Support Workers are professional, friendly and reliable.  They are committed to providing support, based on each person's individual requirements.
