One of the main essences of Conductive Education is the conductor.

The role of the conductor is to develop all aspects of the child's global development and to guide the child to reach individual goals.

The conductor breaks down activities into tasks to each child’s individual level to assure success. She/he continuously observes the child in order to modify the goals as necessary to assist the child’s further development.

The conductor will enable the family members to become co-operative participants in their child’s development, foremost through applying what is being learnt in Conductive Education in the home.
