Mobility Rehabilitation
Our sports therapists provide specific exercise interventions in order to assist in health and fitness maintenance and improvement. We provide a service which assists people in regaining or maintaining their independence through increased mobility and functional capacity.

Who do we provide for?
  • People with disabilities
  • Aged 16 - 64
  • Developing after-school programmes for school age children
  • Self referrals, GP referrals, Physiotherapy referrals
Individual Programmes and Group Classes
  • We provide individualised classes including aerobic and cardiovascular based exercise, resistance and strength training – both passive and active, core and abdominal strengthening, breathing and relaxation.
  • Team sports – soccer, basketball, volleyball, hockey and much more benefits include fun, co-operation, communication and fair play.
Boccia - Target game similar to lawn bowls
  • Boccia can help develop co-operation, improve listening and communication skills.

Massage
  • Margaret Moylan is a qualified massage therapist & practices the Swedish Massage technique for therapy and relaxation
Swimming & Aquatics Therapy
  • Individual swimming, aquatic and water walking sessions, especially tailored to meet required needs, held in local public swimming pools.
Home Based Exercise Programmes
  • For those where it is impractical to attend on-site sessions we are able to devise and instruct individualised home-based programmes
Adventure Based Learning
  • From Abseiling to Flying Foxes, and Blow-Carting to Gliding, we offer periodic adventure based learning for a wide level of abilities
