Individual Personal Care Training We provide training for in all aspects of personal care and use of equipment for new and existing staff. Training takes place with the client so that their individual needs are met and optimum service delivery is achieved. Monthly Inservice Training This is offered monthly to our staff at three locations in Auckland on a wide variety of topics relevant to all aspects of community support work. Regular First Aid courses are held to ensure all staff hold a current First Aid Certificate. National Certificate in Community Support Services We offer the opportunity for a number of our staff to gain the National Certificate in Community Support Services – Level 2 each year. Staff who undertake this training are fully supported by the Training Department as they progress through the qualification, this can include literacy support.
